ARB SOAP and RefID

Parameter 'refId' is not defined in ARB wsdl. So it's impossible to pass it to webservice method call.

Hi,

RefID should be an available field for our SOAP interface. I just confirmed that it is not referenced in the current version of the WSDL, so I will pass this feedback on to our developers for resolution.
