Why I am getting This message?
"AVS mismatch Billing Zip Code Does Not Match Card Used." Even though I have set nothing in Payment FORM Setting. NO issue in SANDBOX But the same issue is facing in PRODUCTION MODE WHY??
Simple I have Created Customer Profile and charged subscription, added new cards under profile everything working correctly in SANDBOX but not in production. Please Do needful.

Review and adjust your production account AVS settings to ensure that they match your business needs:
The sandbox is a different account and may have different settings.
