When prompting the user for a new payment method, is there a way to provide default values for the billing address? I was hoping that by providing a shipping profile, this would be used to provide defaults for the billing address.
If I can't provide a default billing address based on the customer's shipping address, is there some other way?

I did a little more testing, and if I pull up the "manage" page (https://accept.authorize.net/customer/manage), when I click on "Add New Payment Method", the billing address fields are all filled out to the default shipping address.
But if I pull up the "addPayment" page (https://accept.authorize.net/customer/addPayment), the billing address fields are all blank.
I would like the "addPayment" page to act exactly as when you click "Add New Payment Method" to the "manage" page.
Any ideas?
