CIM - Receipt Email Generation

Whenever I use the payment form via CIM, our customer receives two duplicate email messages. One email is HTML, the other is plain text. How do I shut off the plain text email? We don't have any customers that would require a plain text message.

Hi glissmann,

 

You can disable the Customer Email Receipts that Authorize.Net sends out to your customer's email address by configuring this in your gateway interface.

 

  • Log into the Merchant Interface.
  • Click Account from the main toolbar.
  • Click Email Receipt under Transaction Response Settings.
  • Deselect Email transaction receipt to customer (if email address is provided).
