We've been using CIM and the transaction <profileTransrefund> for credits. I can no longer find the api requirements for this api. Has it been 'discontinued' ??
We have been told to use api 'charge a customer profile' and use the trans type 'refund'. I am not seeing this in the documentation.
Please advise.
