CIM issues this morning?

Starting around 8AM central time this morning, we started receving timeouts from the CIM api in production. Is anybody else experiencing this? Trying to get through to phone support, but I am am in a long queue.

No. But off topic, websites with facebook connection seem to be having issue this morning.

The errors seemed to stop around 9:14 AM, so I finally gave up on getting through to support.

It would be nice if Authorize.net would let us know what in the heck happened.

Or if they could simply post a message on here or an announcement of some sort so we know they are having problems and looking into it. It would save both the merchants and Authorize.Net customer support a lot of hassle.

Hello everyone,

 

The issue reported this morning has been corrected.

While we had the major problem on 02/26, the issue isn't completely gone. We are still getting intermittent time outs from the CIM service. This has occurred on 02/28, 03/01, and again today on 03/04. Even when it does work, we still get slow responses quite a bit.

If you are having issues with your live production account, you should contact merchant customer support.  They have access to greater information and tools to troubleshoot your production account.
