Charge a Credit Card - empty params in response

Hello,

When I try make a test payment (sandbox mode) then receive empty transId, refTransID, transHash values in response (I've uses the Charge a Credit Card and Accept Suite methods)

authCode = 000000
transId = 0

What could be the problem? Please help
