Confusion with eCheck Hosted Form
A few of our customers have been confused when keying their bank account/routing numbers on the Authorize.Net hosted site. The confusion stems from the fact that the hosted site lists the bank account number before the routing number, while an actual check lists the routing number first. Has anyone else experienced issues with this? Does Authorize.Net have any plans to adjust the order of this information on the hosted site?
