We have removed CUSTOMER PROFILE ID, but we have CUSTOMER PAYMENT PROFILE ID so should we make payment via Customer Payment Profile ID which is part of DELETED Customer Profile ID?

It's unclear what you're trying to do. Perhaps you should start with charging a customer profile: https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/#payment-transactions-charge-a-customer-profile

Hi,
I want to ask that if "Customer Payment Profile" deleted and in my system that "Customer Payment progfile" ID available then authorize.net failed the transaction.
Is there any way to make it successful?
