Customer Profiles and Tokens

I have client using Authorize.net with an invoicing application called RONIN and they are looking at implementing Xero (cloud accounting) with UCollect to allow automated credit card, direct debit/ACH payments triggered by Xero invoices – and using Authorize.net as peyment processor.

Their clients payment (card etc) details are already stored in Authorize.net and we dont know whether the token used to charge clients from Ronin is tied to that system or whether it can be reused in another system such as UCollect.

Our client wants to avoid going back to every client to approve/update payment details just because they are changing their invoicing and accounting system.

Can any one tell me it there is a way around this.

Hello @infopower

Yes, you can use a customer profile in multiple systems as long as the each of the systems can associate the "customer" to the correct profile.  It would require that you map the profiles to the records in your new system.
