I have implemented the hosted iframe solution which does work (most of the time with the VISA test card) but it takes so long to respond that when tested internally, most of my testers assumed it was hanging and closed the page and restarted testing. It happens more with the VISA test cards than the AMEX or MASTERCARD.
It actually takes so long the transaction times out sometimes yet in most of these cases, I still get an email that confirms that the test payment was processed successfully.
I am on a deadline and need to get this working but as-is, this will not be a good thing for our customers and will create a gigantic support nightmare.
Has anyone else encountered this and landed on a solution to it?
