We are attempting to roll out the Docebo LMS App however we are running into a problem with the inbound Payload to A.Net not including the Email Address Field. We rely on this field being sent to A.Net so our receipts can go out from A.Net. Docebo has indicated that they cannot modify the A.Net payload. How can we get the payload to include the Email address field so our Members get a receipt for their purchase. No email - no receipt!
