Is transactionid unique across accounts?

We have multiple Authorize.Net accounts. I am developing software to attempt to match settled transactions with transactions recorded in our local database. We record the Authorize.Net transaction id in our database. Can I assume that the transaction id is unique even across multiple accounts?

Yes, the transaction ID is unique across our whole system.
