I haven't seen an answer for this, so I'm asking it here.
Is it possible to issue a refund for a deleted CIM Payment Profile or do you need to use the unlinked CIM refund process to do it?

Refund only required a transactionID. use the AIM or merchant account interface to refund.

Ah! So you don't have to use CIM to refund a CIM customer profile transaction?
