We're new to Authorize.Net and my manger had a few specific questions before we get started that I need to answer and I couldn't find it on the basic FAQ's on their site.
Firstly, we just need to know how the ecommerce process threads. I found the part of the site that describes the basics of a payment system. We already have a physical store and we're opening an ecommerce branch of our store.
For instance, a customer selects a product and it goes into our shopping cart. Then once they hit pay what happens, what does the customer see, what do we receive, what if the customer needs to return something, does the process simply reverse or are there other authorization steps that need to happen, etc.
