No customer receipt generated for recurring payment option using GravityForms

I'm creating several forms using GravityForms and the authorize.net sandbox. I am a beginner at this and am learning a lot very quickly.

 

Everything seems to be working well from the authorize.net side except for one thing I can't figure out. When I create a subscription, and I have the Send Authorize.Net email receipt checked in the feeds, there is no customer receipt. I am using my email for every test, and I have received all of the notifications from GravityForms and all of the receipts for once only submissions.

 

I know the recurring payments take 2 days to be settled, but even then I have not received anything. I have 9 subscriptions tested since July 27. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Could you provide the gateway id for your sandbox account for us to check?

It is  605952. Thanks.

 

Please make sure to configure your gateway settings for this. Click on Account on top, go to Email Receipt under Transaction Format Settings and make sure to check the box "Email customer for each successfully authorized ARB transaction".
