Order problem

New to authorize.net

 

Using powerstore from webassist for a client.

 

Working great however...

  14 orders have gone through however only 3 have showed up in the transaction details area.  What is happening?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe it's only showing settled transactions there? Are they all the earlier orders? Hopefully it's that, because if there's a technical problem with the coding itself, there's very little chance of us being able to diagnose it with only this information. You should post in the Powerstore area of the Webassist forum,  we don't really support third-party software.
