Partner Interface Sandbox Account Request / OAuth Integration Access

We are building an Authorize.net integration for our SaaS platform, Formester, and would like to implement account connections using OAuth. We have already reached out to [email protected] regarding Partner Interface access and sandbox partner accounts, but have not received a response.

Could someone please advise:

1. How to obtain a Partner Interface sandbox account for OAuth testing?
2. Whether any partner registration or approval process is required?
3. Whether companies based outside the US (India) are eligible to build and offer Authorize.net OAuth integrations?

Any guidance on the correct onboarding process would be greatly appreciated.

I would also be interested in hearing more about this. The OAuth integration workflow is not very clear from the available documentation, especially regarding sandbox access and partner onboarding requirements.
