Processing Error

It appears we have had issues for quite sometime now and I am reaching out for help


We have use wordpress and have the latest version of WordPress 5.3.2 and the latest php 7.4.1 using Bridge for the wordpress theme and these plugins as follows.

The Basic Server Info Indicates it means the requirements for bridge and uses these plugins below



We reached out to and things would begin working abiet for a few days and then it would go back down again.

Unfortunately you have not provided enough detail to understand the issue you are experiencing. It sounds as though you have a Production environment account and are having some type of issue processing, although that is unclear from your post so I may be incorrect. If this is not related to a Production environment account that was working properly at one time and now is not, please provide greater detail as to the issue you are experiencing.


If my assumption is correct, and this is related to a Production account experiencing issues processing via API, please create a support ticket with the relative, detailed information from within your account. Instructions for creating a support case can be found here
