Relay response: what is returned?

I am changing our return page from a different provider to authorize.net.  What form data does authorize.net send to the relay response URL?

OK, thanks, it works now. 

I switched the account from test to live, but the payment form still says test is on, even after 30+ minutes.  I went back into my account and it still says live.  ???

for SIM you can override the account settings with a form param.

x_test_request. see if it set to true.
