Response Code 4 and 262

I have searched throuhg the volumns of posts and it's probably there,... somewhere but,... 

I am testing with api code example,... at first every repsonse made sense. Now every response is Response code 4 and Message code 252. Very frustrating now because I am stopped in my tests.

Is it because I have run a ton of tests or????

You are triggering the Fraud Detection Suite. It could be due to the velocity of requests. You can edit the settings in the Merchant Interface -> Fraud Detection Suite.
