Yesterday in our production environment, which uses SIM integration, we had an isolated case where a customer was trying to check out, and reported that she saw a "server too busy" message when trying to reach the authorize.net checkout page (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll).
Is this the same case as the following support doc:

Someone had a very similar case a few years ago when there was a large weather event caused power issues at authorize.net's data center in Utah:

I know that there has been some serious weather in Utah recently.
==> Is this just an isolated incident that we should not worry about and cannot do anything about anyway?
