Submitting first payment to Production Environment Does not go to Receipt Screen

We have everything working in the sandbox but when I try to point to the Production environment it just hangs at the screen below.  We have the Production account set to test mode.  Is there a setting I might be missing that is causing this to not go to the next screen?
