I am implementing the code with our web developer on our Wordpress site. The seal displays properly, but when it is clicked, we get the following message:
Unable to Verify Site
Although the Web site you are visiting is operated by an active Authorize.Net merchant, their Verified Merchant Seal is currently not configured properly. Please contact the merchant directly to confirm the authenticity of this site.
We reviewed the setup for the code and the API keys are in place. What are we missing?
