Unsettle transactions

Hello,

 

Can someone help me settle our unsettle transactions.  The 1st one happened on 29-Jan-2014.

Typically transactions settle once per day unless they were created using Authorize Only.  Authorize Only transactions must be followed by a Prior Authorization and Capture or they will expire in about 30 days.

 

Are these transactions in our sandbox or production account?

Hi Richard,

 

These transactions are in sandbox account.  I am clear from your explaination.  They all have "Authorized/Pending Capture" status so I think I will need to send a capture request.

If these are credit card transactions, please open a developer support ticket and include your API Login for your sandbox account at http://developer.authorize.net/support.

 

If however these are echeck transactions, the sandbox does not currently settle ACH transactions in the sandbox.
