creating a payment profile with Visa and AVS turned on

Hi, Having issues here with the creating of a Payment Profile in the CIM system.  We have AVS turned on and can create a Payment Profile with a Mastercard, but when we try to create a Payment Profile with Visa it fails, if we turn off AVS then both will work fine.

We do not want AVS off, but not being able to create Payment Profiles with Visa is an issue.

Anyone seen this occur or have a solution?

How exactly does it fail? Are you providing the correct address information when you create the profile? What response are you getting when the profile creation fails?

Could you provide a sample request and response that fails so that we can duplicate it on our end?
