We tested the credit card payment in Sandbox and the payment was successful normally, But after changing the merchant account and changing the API Login ID and Transaction Key in the production environment, ACH payment was successful, but the credit card payment failed. Authorize.net replied with the message "declined (card declined by issuer - contact card issuer to determine reason.)". In fact, the credit card we used for payment is normal.
