I'm encountering an issue sometimes with an Authorize.net webhook integration for subscription payments. When we receive the webhook notification we make an API request using getTransactionDetailsRequest to get the subscription ID. At times, this request for subscription payments does not return the subscription ID even when it returns recurringBilling: True. The only other option I have is to use the IPN, but i'm afraid IPN will be completely removed without notice which will cause a huge issue for us. I believe this is a bug, but not sure what the best way is to reach out to Authorize.net developer support. We tried opening up a ticket from the account but received a response pointing us to this forum or the API docs which isn't helpful. Has anyone else run into this issue? or are there any other workarounds besides using IPN?
