login url doesn't work

the login provided via this url doesn't allow me to login: https://sandbox.authorize.net/

I then tried logging in via https://sandbox.authorize.net/UI/themes/sandbox/logon.aspx and was able to login with the same credentials.

browser is chrome.

We've looked at your report and are unable to duplicate using Chrome 45.  Do you get similar results for other browsers?
