test.authorize.net api down for over 12 hours

Several users have reported this problem.. Does anyone monitor this forum ?

Also down for me for the past several hours. Using CIM.

 

is it working for anybody...???

I've alerted our operations center of the issues reported with our test server.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will update you when we have additional information.

It's amazing that your customer needs to tell you when your server is down so you can inform your operation center. I myself was informed, because I have a Pingdom check for this. Why doesn't Authorize.net do their own monitoring?

I called their support number and spent 20 minutes trying to understand what a sandbox env is but he had no clue.. My development timelines have slipped by a day .. who is reponsible! Is there a formal and efficient way to report these issues with test env other than reporting it here and agonizingly wait for hours for someone to take notice?

Any updates Authorize.net? I cannot test getting the same error as above, E00001.
