x_fp_sequence generation problem in secure.authorize.net

I have a problem in the x_fp_sequence generation problem.....

Getting the error in transaction the error code is 99. I think this is the problem with fp_sequence generation..

Please let me know how to generate the Random Sequence Number @ Merchant End.
