We are pleased to announce that our Merchant Support department is now available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We realize that sometimes merchants need to reach Authorize.Net outside regular business hours, and we hope that our new, expanded availability will provide another benefit to their payment gateway accounts.
Merchants can also contact Merchant Support by eTicket and chat, available Monday – Friday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific time (closed major holidays).
