What is the difference between Reseller and Affiliate Reseller?

I am writing a website that needs to process payments. I will own the website, so I don't need to resell to anyone.
I want to be able to use the SDK to process my payments.
Would I setup a reseller account and sell to myself?
If so, would I pay Authorize.Net the full amount and then get part of my payment back?
