Could you please explain how the Simple Checkout procedure figures into the affiliate program?  I'm going to be doing a lot of work with small non-profit organizations for whom this would be a nice alternative to Paypal for managing dues payments, but I would like to be able to receive commissions on their billing if possible.

Our Affiliate program pays you commissions for all referrals regardless of the integration or connection method. We provide the ability for the Affiliate and merchant to determine which connection method is the best fit and don't impose different restrictions or requirements for each connection method.
