Need Help with CyberSource Blacklist Issue on Copart.com

Hello everyone,

I've been using Copart.com to make payments without any issues for several months. However, since March, all my payment methods (including Apple Pay, Play Store, and the ones they offer) are being rejected, even though I can still use my cards at their physical location without any problems.

I reached out to Copart support, and they told me that my account has been placed on CyberSource's blacklist. They said they removed me from the list, but I keep getting added back, and I'm unable to figure out why. I have all my payments up to date, no outstanding debt, and my credit is clean.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can find out the exact reason for being placed on this blacklist? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
