Changing it to all CAPS did make a connection to Authorize.NET. Still getting errors, but this gets me much further. I'm getting a Response Code=3 now. Well done Greg.

Are they running IIS 6? BTW, I ran Security Updates on my Windows 2003 server as well, hoping that would help. It didn't.

We spent Thursday and Friday working on this. No luck. I've switched to a paypal solution for now. Our current thinking is that it's an SSL protocal issue. Authorize.NET may require TLS 1.2. Windows 2003 doesn't support this, and will never work. You...
