@Andrew86 I think you're having the same problem I had. If that is the
case, you cannot fix it on your own. These certificates have to be
uploaded to the server, which you don't have access to. Contact your
hosting company and explain the problem Ask...

Has anyone dealt with this "upgrade" for a DotNetNuke site hosted in a
shared environment? I'm not having any luck figuring this out and cannot
process new orders. Any help or a point in the right direction would be
