Thanks bob, they just responded to my ticket after I asked them to
escalate it to an engineer, and their response was to make sure I
spelled my URL correctly. Kinda annoying. I'm starting to think I need
to set up an alias domain with a .com extensio...
How are things going with you guys? I've set my client's site (a .org)'s
TTL to 1 week and things have been ok, but I wonder if it's safe to
reduce the TTL back to normal yet.
It does make me wonder about my high endorsements for Authorize.net (I
tell every one of my clients to use Authorize.net if they want to accept
credit cards, no ifs, ands, or buts... I don't deal with any other
gateways, and they will get Authorize.n...
Just to update, the problem still exists today as of 12/10/10. A longer
timeout, or a timeout that we can customize through the x_* parameters
would be excellent. I realize 10 seconds is very consumer friendly, but
sometimes, things happen and there'...
Thanks frudesigner for bringing it to Authorize.net's attention. Please
keep us updated if you hear updates from them... this is a very annoying
problem!!
