So bdf2723, from your most recent two posts, are you saying that I
should have added that second key in the registry, even though I didn't
find any of the sub-keys in it? I used the "Easy Fix" tool from this MS

I should say too, that I don't know if this is an x64-based computer,
but there was no WOW6432NODE key at all, so I am assuming it is not. So
I only added the first of those two keys.
