If this were the case, it wouldn't work for months, as well as right now, and also as you can see in the video, it starts working immediately after we edit it with no changes on our end despite the test connecting stating it fails.

I called support and they didn't even have any email on file it was blank. Apparently, they have to add it on the back end and has nothing to do with the settings you can edit yourself.

An update, this problem mysteriously went away on 7/16 without us taking any action.

I still see this error intermittently. I am convinced it's due to the recent changes. Anyone else experience this? We've been using AN for over 15 years without any issues like this.
