createCustomerPaymentProfileRequest has suddenly started complaining
about invalid elements. I've been sending these requests for weeks, and
with no change to their content they're now being rejected. I've

Is there a way to remove the Billing Information section from the CIM
Add Payment Method form? I only need my users to enter Card Number,
Expiration Date, and CVV.
I ran into a similar problem. My solution was to submit dummy card
information (e.g. number 0000000000000000, expires this month). While
far from optimal (and yes, rather stupid) it works. Note, however, that
the user will see this dummy information ...
