Hello everyone, could someone help me with this issue? I configured the
IP whitelist incorrectly and now I can't access my account. Should
Cybersource support check and reset my account's IP whitelist?
I have tried several times to get email support from Cybersource to
solve my problem with unauthorized IP access, and I still have no
response. I have already sent a printout of the error and nothing, I
still haven't solved the problem.
Tentei várias vezes obter suporte por e-mail da Cybersource para
resolver meu problema com acesso não autorizado a IP, mas ainda não
obtive resposta. Já enviei uma cópia impressa do erro e nada. Continuo
sem resolver o problema.
