While the sandbox registration is now fixed compared to my past post,
the activation url gives this error on multiple browsers.

I was curious if anyone else is having issues with the sandbox
registration. I know there was a scheduled maintenance; however, it
still seems to be down as I am getting an error of "Registration Failed.
Please try again later."
I was able to create an account this morning (23 July 2026) using Edge;
however, I am still waiting for the email for the registration. I did
see they updated status.cybersource.com for the incident.
