Founder icon

Personally, I think the founder icon is pretty aesthetically unappealing. Why not make some nice small logo-icons and have "founder" be the mouseover text instead?

How does one enable this founder icon?

You had to be one of the early members invited to join.  I don't know what the cutoff was.

Welcome to the community! As Steve already explained, the founder icon was available for a limited time to members who were among the first to sign up for the community.That time has now past, so unfortunately there is no way to enable the icon for your account.
