I am exploring the possibility of integrating Cybersource payment processing with WhatsApp+ (or WhatsApp Business API) to allow customers to make secure payments directly within a WhatsApp chat flow.
My key questions are:
Does Cybersource provide APIs or SDKs that can be used to embed payment links or checkout flows inside WhatsApp messages?
Is it possible to generate a secure payment link via Cybersource APIs that can be shared dynamically with customers on WhatsApp?
Are there recommended best practices for ensuring PCI compliance and transaction security when handling payments initiated through messaging platforms like WhatsApp?
Has anyone here implemented or tested a similar use case with Cybersource and WhatsApp (or WhatsApp+)?
