AIM - void or refund transaction not happening

Hi All,

I am trying to initiate a void or refund paypal transaction. It requires reftransid for that, but when i did a authonlytransaction request i did not received any reftransid code in response. I only received transid. This is happening for credit card payment also. Please suggest a way to initiate a void or refund transaction.

That transid is the reftransid, they just name differently because one is output and the other is input
