I would like to ask if WHMCS Authorize.net gateway supports TLS 1.2?

All Authorize.Net endpoints currently support TLS 1.2.

That said, TLS negotiation depends on both sides supporting the same level of TLS. Please contact WHMCS Support to confirm they can support TLS 1.2 connections.
