We have enabled PayPal Checkout in Digital Payment Solution offered by Authorize.net. But when the customer choose to make payment using PayPal checkout, it is not redirecting to the PayPal login both in SANDBOX and PRODUCTION mode

Hi,
If you are seeing a decline on your transaction and you are passing the Itemized Order Information, pleae make sure that the line items should add up to the total amount of the transaction. If they do not equal to the amount of the transaction it will be rejected or decline. Please check page 13 :
