Example, demo, or working sites with CIM?

Does anyone know of a demo or working site that shows how CIM using iFrames look and work? I'd like to see how it looks in a sample checkout sequence. I'd like to see both iFrame implementation and lightbox if possible.

I'll set one up one of these days, but I always seem to be busy with something. In the meantime, I'd be interested in seeing this as well, I'm kind of surprised there isn't an official Authorize.net demo site somewhere where you can see everything in action.
