Can Authorize.Net recognize a particular Government credit card and exempt it from state & federal taxes during processing or does this need to be handled before it credit gets submitted?
According to the SmartPay Website "GSA SmartPay Cards may be either a VISA or a MasterCard. Visa cards will begin with 4486, 4614 or 4716. MasterCard cards will begin with 5568 or 5565".
Seems like it should be handled before the submission.
